Universal stock brokers PVT. LTD. Is a company incorporated in 2005 by three professionals, namely k. Rajiv gupta, Manish Garg & Sanjay Gupta. The company was formed with the motive of providing broking services to the community at large. As a first step, the company acquired the membership of national stock exchange of India ltd. The company started operations in January 2006.

All the three promoters have rich experience in the field of capital market. Mr. K Rajiv Gupta, 48, is a garaduate from hansraj college, Delhi and is a fellow member of the institute of chartered accountants of India. He is closely associated with capital market since 1992. Mr Manish Garg, 39, is a graduate from dav college, and a member of institute of cost and works accountants of India. He was engaged in the trading since 1992 and participated in the out cry system of trading of the delhi stock exchange, bombay stock exchange and Ahmedabad stock exchange. Mr Sanjay Gupta, 37, is a graduate from shri ram college of commerce and a fellow member of the institute of chartered accountants of India. He is also closely associated with the capital market since 1993.

To strengthen its base and provide broking service to the community, the company intends to acquire the membership of Bombay stock exchange, national commodities and derivatives exchange of India, and multi commodity exchange of India.

All the three directors have got rich experience in arbitrage business. The company is clicking quite high amount of turnover and more than 98% of its turnover comes from arbitrage activity. The company also educates investors in this field and provides right kind of platform for the activity.
